The forthcoming CE Industries & Aerospace SICAV fund will offer qualified investors the opportunity to participate in the growth of industrial and technology projects being developed around the CE Industries and Helicopter Alliance groups, owned by Czech entrepreneur Jaroslav Strnad.

Aerospace, defense technology, and security solutions are expected to play a significant role in the fund's investment strategy, particularly through Helicopter Alliance activities focused on the Black Hawk helicopter platform and its full lifecycle. In later phases, the fund may also invest in additional industrial opportunities across Europe.

CE Industries & Aerospace SICAV will be established as an investment company with variable capital (SICAV). The fund will be managed by TILLER investiční společnost a.s., a Czech boutique investment manager focused on qualified investor funds and, in particular, projects with higher transaction and execution complexity, including private equity, industrial investments, real estate projects, and restructuring transactions.

Fund Leadership

Jaroslav Strnad is a Czech entrepreneur and industrial investor.

He founded and built the industrial group Czechoslovak Group (CSG), which he handed over to his son Michal Strnad in 2018. Jaroslav Strnad also played a significant role in the rescue of the Tatra automotive company and its manufacturing plant in Koprivnice. Today, he is the owner of CE Industries and Helicopter Alliance, which he is developing as industrial and technology platforms focused on long-term investment in industrial companies, technology, and infrastructure.
